Right, always slacking on the blog. I know I know... But hey, it's 3 am and I'm still spinning from the awesome concert. I'm sure that shawarma and pepsi have nothing do with my current condition. What a day. Spent my AM playing that gem of a game Halo 2. The wait was worth it. Swinging that covenant energy sword is empowering. But enough of the game. Other doings transpiring in the O (can I even say that?) was the Beastie Boys concert! Yes. That was tonight. And what a show it was. Here's the set list.

The show was great, *AND* they played Brass Monkey, so you know I went home happy. And how did I go home you may ask? Why driving of course! Yes, I drove today. Now if you know me, you know I love driving. I find it one of the most relaxing things I can do. I rarely get the opportunity to drive alone however, which I find the most relaxing. Certainly makes me consider the whole car thing more and more. Must find a beater or something... We'll see how unberable the winter is this year. Maybe the spring will yield a vehicle since the one in my driveway leaves for 3 months like wonderful people who drive it. Something that won't cost me an arm and a leg would be nice. Something I can pay off in 2 or 3 months wouldn't be all bad, but then it might be just that.

Alright, side tracked here. Great night. Great concert. Ended the night with, not halo, but a movie. Yeah, I surprised myself too. I watched Snatch. Excellent movie. Borrowed it from a friend because I was over at his place and it reminded me of Uncle Morris, so I had to watch it. Worth it. If you haven't seen it, watch it. Great movie. The director is awesome. I personally don't own a copy of Snatch just yet, but the one I just watched had both widescreen and wussy screen for anybody who actually likes that. Plus it wasn't one of those lame double sided jobbies that really suck.

And that was my day. Work tomorrow. Joy. 4 day weeks are great, but they hurt financially and when I have a real 5 come 2 weeks or so from now it's going to hurt.
