...make me...

Well, I know I've been as consistent as no-name chunky peanut butter lately, but thanks for still checking for updates! :D

Let's start this off with a job update. So far it's going well. We've started to ghost calls (listen in on actual calls) to see how the job is done. I still have about 4 days of training left before I take my first call (which will be on Friday) so it's been fairly easy so far. When we do take calls on Friday, we will be paired up with another classmate to do the calls. Alternating so we both learn the ropes. I guess this is done so you don't feel alone and you've got a buddy or something for support. I don't really care about that, but I do care who I get stuck with. It won't be my training buddy, but it won't be the stinky hobbit either. The stinky hobbit is this annoying stump of a person in my training class which I doubt anybody actually likes. He's arrogant, not that bright, and of course, smelly. Damn smelly jerks. I hope the health and safety board gives him a bar of soap as a present. And also, the next six weeks of my job (starting next week I guess) will be Wednesday to Sunday from 16 to midnight. This horrible shift will take away my Saturday Brixton's nights. I'm quite sad about this. But it's only for the rest of the summer, so it's not that bad right? Right???

Back to something else. What to speak on next? Well... I finally went to the Stittsville flea market. I picked up a pair of size 10 Doc's for 35$!!! The guy wanted 40, but I haggled! Yay me! I'm quite proud of myself. I'd like to thank my uncle for spotting the shoes on the table because I think I glazed right over them. I don't know if I'd want to go back to that flea market again since it was all outside. We went in the middle of that day, and boy was it a scorcher! I perspired off all the suntan lotion around the crown of my hair above my forehead and now have an interesting sunburn. Oh well.

Following the flea market, I had wanted to check out this "Greco" that my neighbour mentioned a few weeks ago. Figured it be a good lunch/supper! I was very dissapointed when I walked in to find that there was no staff to man the Greco! Who's stupid idea was it to let all the staff go? Geez, if they'd let me fire up the ovens, I would've made a few pizzas! Well, maybe just a couple donair oven subs. :D So after that sad news, we all hopped in the car and headed for Dick's. What a feast we had there. I purchased a Montreal burger and some onion rings, and they were tasty. To top off the whole meal, we all split on some ridiculous bowl of ice cream. It was 8 delicous scoops of Tracy's Ice Cream with strawberry, chocolate, and caramel syrop, banana's, walnuts, peanuts, and REAL whip cream. This tasty dessert left us all stuffed and satisfied. Who wouldn't be after that Jughead type meal? Now there's a cartoon who knows how to eat.
