New PC, and everything's running fine!

Yep, picked up my new computer today. Couldn't wait to get home to frankenstein it up with the old one. Got a swank new keyboard too with lots of those cool buttons at the top that make things happen instead of all that menu searching. Gotta love that! Of course it's not all installed yet. I still have my webcam, digicam, printer and who knows what else to hook up. Gee, it's too bad I have to go to work tomorrow, because I could stay up all night setting this up. I bet some people hate doing this, but I enjoy it. It's like a puzzle really. See if it fits together and stays together long enough for you to run away. But anyway, this is the first blog entry from the new PC, and it's going smoothly. Yay!

My mother informed me that I have some pictures on her PC. Could these be my deleted vacation pictures? Apparently they are and I wonder how many of them I left behind. I can't wait to find out. If you're in any of the pictures, I'll be sure to send you a copy.

Well, I'm out. Work in the AM makes me a dull boy sometimes.

The vacation is finally over!

Yes, I go to work tomorrow, it's a shame. Sure I do enjoy the money, but I do enjoy the nothing more. The only way I can see being paid to do nothing is to win the lotto, and I figure I have a better change of getting struck by lightning by practicing up for the golf tourney this week in the rain. :S

So anyway, Sunday was the big neighbourhood bbq. It was great. I drank booze and ate meat. Got a little rained on, and a few bugs drank of my blood, but all in all it was good. I even got some pictures sent to me from the day already. Yes, that's right, I wasn't the camera face at this function. It was my neighbours event, and I let her take the pictures. This of course had nothing to do with the fact that I don't have a computer to transfer the files to, or even batteries that are charged up. Also, it was wet and we had a very limited fireworks display, so that got a big thumbs down.

Today was exciting as well. I went to the midway with my Aunt, Uncle and cousin (and friends of the family) to play lots of fun games. I won lots of tickets for my dear little cousin, and then rammed into him good on the bumper cars. Little did he know that I was out for blood! (He scored better than I did on skeeball!) But all in all it was a fun time and I had a slush puppy. Yay! The evening was rounded off with Shrek and pizza. Sounds like a great evening in my books. There's only one thing that tops that, and I'll let your imagination wonder at what it could be.

So, back to work tomorrow. Here's hoping it's nothing too complicated! :D
