Another weekend! This one sadly is only a two day weekend. I suppose that's not all bad really. Two days off is good, except the rest of the week is basically spent working because I'm hardly ever motivated enough to do anything in the AM anyway that I basically just get up, lay around the house and go to work for the afternoon/evening. I wish it was a 4 day shift every week. Maybe I should suggest that to somebody. But who? I'm sure they have enough part timers to fill in the gap on Fridays, and I'm sure they could stretch out our shift to 9 hours to cover the hours... 4 days, 9 hours... 36 hours a week? That's almost enough for a decent paycheque right? Fine, make it 10 hours... But if that's the case, why didn't I take the noon to 10 shift? Oh right, you don't get every weekend off with that shift. So I'll quit complaining now.

Today was my shopping day. I got paid yesterday so it was rent, rechargable batteries, pre-order halo 2 (and a T-shirt 'cause I did it at Best Buy, T-shirt's better than little figurines IMHO, stupid Future Shop), new sneakers (I'll take pictures of the old ones. They held up well, but you can only wear the same pair for so long.), and a new PC monitor. 19" of goodness. Quite a change. There's a couple imperfections (where the hell is the power button???) but I can survive. I've got 30 days to complain and get a new one, so we'll see. There's a smudge I gotta buff out right over there in the bottom right hand corner, so if you're ever over here, and the smudge is still here, give me grief for that! I'm not a slacker on purpose.

Got a call, Milo's over in Vanier with and old friend of mine. Might head over there and drunk-a-fy myself or something. Last weekend was not good, must make up for it.
