Ken got his throat slashed open by Zolsix, while trying to protect Elation and her baby. Kael has been totally scattered by that tragedy and started sniffing cocaine again. But Celest, who was back from her journey, revived Ken with the last powers of her sacred amulet.

Today, Ken lives with Kael in a modest apartment. Ken has a spare time job at a weapon shop. Kael stays home acting like everything is fine, and hides in his room to sniff up some crap during the day, then hangs out in some night clubs and gets totally wasted and comes back to their apartment mostly after 4am. Ken really dunno what to do to help him..
