YOUR LETTERS TUESDAY 18 OCTOBER 1555 BST
Apart from the fact Neighbours is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Australia, and BBC One is showing the 20th anniversary episodes, surely the celebrations in the UK should be put off for a year? BBC One didn't air the first episode until 27 October, 1986 - see Ask Harold.

If the average computer mouse travels 422 miles in its lifetime (Monday's Daily Mini-Quiz), how do you know how many miles your mouse has travelled so far?

Who should sing for England?
"Three Lions" were both great songs, they really got me into the spirit of things. But I feel that 6 years after the release of the first song, that it should be laid to rest. You can only rewrite a hit so many times! Get some one (Oasis, Robbie Williams) who will really mean what they sing about the country. Good luck to whoever submits a song this year - but please, please, do not rewrite "Three Lions"!

Birthday wishes for the Queen mother
Happy Birthday to the Queen Mother. It is wonderful to see such a famous and popular person as herself to reach a magnificent age as what she is today. I only hope that one day I'll be able to reach that age - and it's over 80 years away!

Should shops open on Christmas Day?
I think only convenient stores should be opened on Christmas Day in order for groceries to be picked up, and even then just for a limited time so workers could have some time to their families on the 25th. Maybe between 9 and 11 am would be a good time as lunch is being prepared. Other shops shouldn't open on Christmas Day as this would encourage people who do not like their gifts to go and exchange them immediately, ruining the spirit of Christmas!

Should Christmas songs be scrapped?
For me it isn't Christmas until I've heard Slade, Roy Wood, Wham and the Waitresses several times, and they all put me in the mood for the festive season! I moved to Canada in September and I bet many of my favourite Christmas songs won't be played as much on the radio as they are in the UK, so I'll have to dig out the tapes I have the songs on. The Christmas songs rule at Christmas time, and by the end of Christmas Day you'll be lucky to hear them all again three times. Enjoy the run up to Christmas with these classic Christmas songs - I know I'll be driving my family mad with my favourites!

Have you enjoyed Doctor Who?
We're two weeks behind the UK in Canada, so we have a couple of more episodes to run. I've been impressed with the storylines and how not only the acting and writing, but the action, has been brought into the 21st century. I hadn't seen Christopher Eccleston or Billie Pipers in other roles before hand, and I think they managed to bring some attributes as the 9th doctor and his companion that no one has - or will - been able to. I look forward to watching David Tennant in the lead role whenever the CBC starts to air the next series - but in the meantime, Canadians will be able to have the opportunity for the next 13 weeks to watch the series again - even though the series hasn't finished airing originally yet!

YOUR LETTERS TUESDAY 23 MAY 1735 BST
A string vest is a vest that looks as though it is made out of interconnected pieces of strings - and is very see through. A photo can be seen on the BBC News website here - look for the Rab C. Nesbitt character.

CHRIS MOYLES.NET GUESTBOOK
Rachel O;
I'm just listening to some of the parodies Chris has done over the years;;; which brings back some great memories! Keep on the good work;

And Chris, I'm sure you'll do wonderfully on breakfast - you were great in the late 90s (all be it Saturdays and fill-ins), and I'm sure you'll be great when you're a regular!

We need someone to file everyone into indexes and cross indexes by names and positions so that we can automatically go and look up someone. Of course everyone's positions would come under the letter 'A' for Awesome!
