So What Happens?:
Typically prior to
a first session we'll take the time to speak with you first by
phone. We use this opportunity to answer concerns and questions you may
have. We also use this time to get a basic understanding of you and of your
problem.
By the time you come
in for your session you're already half way to your goal. You've made a
decision to solve your problem. You're ready and eager for change. You just
need that extra little push to build up the momentum to take yourself the
rest of the way.
What Happens Next?
You get to take a
seat on the ol' comfy hypno-couch and relax. We, on the other hand, have a
good deal of work to do. You'll probably only notice a calm relaxed voice
talking to you...as a trance state is induced. All together you will find
the experience relaxing, invigorating, and fascinating.
If you've had prior
experience with hypnosis, often one session will be able to provide you with
significant results. For more complex problems, a series of session may be
necessary.

Restructuring
This hypnosis
application is designed to reorganize how you see your future and your past.

Addiction
Counseling
Unlike typical
addiction counseling (that focuses on a long‑term approach to consciously
modify behaviour) hypnosis offers a results‑oriented process.
Work is focused on rewiring your mind. Gratification
is removed from abuse substances and redirected towards positive sources.
With negative connections being used to replace the reward previously
associated to the same abuse substances.
Addiction
solutions do require a dedicated treatment regime. Where other change issues
can potentially be resolved in one or two sessions...addiction solutions
require a focused closer level of interaction.
Lucid
Dreaming
If youre
interested in taking a more active role in your own dreams, this application
may be of interest to you.
Lucid dreaming is
the process of being aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. For
some, lucid dreaming allows them to retain and better remember the dreams
they experience. Others choose to use consciousness within dreams to
investigate and interact with dream elements. For some, lucid dreaming is
the means by which to control dream‑states in order to: fulfil desires and
fantasies, dispel nightmares, or understand recurring dreams.
Whichever the case
may be, greater dream awareness is an important stage in defining the
boundaries of our reality and exploring our subconscious.
