I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but I was born and raised in West Virginia. My grandmother was a fine southern cook. As an adult I spent about a dozen years near the Outer Banks of North Carolina and learned a few things there as well. Recently friends asked about some of my recipes so I have added these pages.
