=============================================================

1. What's the purpose of IGA?
First things first, IGA stands for International Grappling Association.

IGA's is the newest major player in the wrestling world. It's got a budget comparable to that of the WWF giving creative freedom for intros. To be honest, IGA is purely for fun. So complaining will be not be tolerated, to share an opinion is diffenrent and respected as well as apperciated.

IGA's main offices are located in Hollywood, CA. for the record but tours throughout Noth America with frequent shows and tours overseas as well making it an International Promotion. IGA is a traditional organization with a modern freel, the flash and glamor mixed with straight solid worked wrestling matches. Gimmick matches are ment to be on special occassions not every time you turn around.

IGA is open to any kind of wrestler. Although, I would like a diverse group of wrestlers from Canada, United States, and International. The roster size will be about 20 along with about 6 tag teams.

But, most important, IGA is to have FUN.

2. Who runs this thing? (Fantasy)
IGA is ran by none other than Jazz Maidions. Madison is the President as well as the CEO. Madison is a veteran of the ring wars and retired in last 97 holding 2 World Titles for 2 different promotions. Currently, Madison has thrown his head into the business aspect of the sport, having more then enough money through endorsements and movie rolls he decided it was time to start his own promotion. He's a creative genius when it comes to story lines and angle ideas, but seems to favor the heels.

Jazz is a man in his early mid 30s. Madison is very charismatic, with black hair and hazel eyes. He stands about 6'3" and is still very well built. Clad usually in an suit and tie, Jazz is all business.

3. Who runs this thing? (IRL)
3.1. Jon Maltese

My names Jon Maltese. I've been in e-wrestling for about 7 years now. I've ran a successful TNM based Sim fed back in 97 but personal forced it to closed. I've ran Jazz, Terry, Andy, and Dante Madison in various feds, along with "The American Nightmare" Perry Vaughn and Jean Paul Valley (don't hate the handler hate the game). I'll be doing the booking, and match writing along with my staff that will be detailed in the next FAQ to be released.

3.1.1. How can I reach you?
I have a couple of contacts in which you can reach me at.
E-MAIL: IntlGrapplingAsc

MSN Messanger: SpyralEdge

4. What are the titles here?
Currently there are four singles belts and one tag team belt in the IGA, they are...

4.1. IGA World Championship
This is THE BELT. You hold it and your the king of IGA. It is defended at least once a month (but count on more). The belt is white cold set on a black leather strap with diamond studs outlining the strap.

4.2. IGA TV Championship
The IGA TV Champion is one hell of a worker! The belt is defended atleast 3 times a month but if the champion wants he can defend it more. The belt is silver set on a white strap.

4.3. IGA Jr. Heavyweight Championship
The Jr. Heavyweight Championship is the equiviliant of the Cruiserweight or Lightweight Title. Wrestlers under 225lbs are eligable for the belt which is defended atleast twice a month. The gold belt is set on a black strap.

4.4. IGA Fight Club Championship
The IGA Fight Club Championship is defended in anywhere but the arena. Some matches are set in the parking lot, some in another state, some even in another country. Fans looking to see this belt get defended should expect to watch the match on the IGATron. The Fight Club Championship is defended atleast twice a month. The belt is Bronze on a red strap.

4.5. IGA World Tag Team Championships
The best of the best in Tag Team Wrestling strives for these belts. The belts need to be defended atleast once a month (but once again expect more). The Tag Team Straps are similiar to the World Title set in white gold on a black strap with diamonds encrusting the strap.

5. What are the cards in IGA?

5.1. IGA Combat Zone
This is the main card! Hosted by Paul DeLucia and Danny Streamline this show is full written, all the big matches will be broadcasted here. This show is every Tuesday on ESPN.

5.2. IGA Prelude to Pandemonium
This is the preview show to Combat Zone, several In-Rings will be posted here as well as one dark match generally spotlighting new comers.

5.3. IGA Verbal Altercations
This is the weekly flash packet for the IGA. All flashes will be here and it will be sent out once a week on every Sunday, all RPs need to be in my Saturday.

6. Who are the staff members?

6.1. Front Office
6.1.1. Jazz Madison
Jazz is president, CEO, Board of Directors, Michael Jackson and everyone else is Tito to him. The IGA's success is all because of Jazz and he has no problem with letting everyone know that.

6.1.2. Trevor Wincott
Trevor used to be the announcer for the PMCW until it closed. Now Wincott was promoted to Commish, he's about 5'9 with short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He usually dresses in nice suits with glasses. He's a straight shooter who does what he feels is right. He's more likely to come out and make decisions on matters.

The voices behind IGA...the announcers.
6.2. Announcers
6.2.1. Paul DeLuica
Paul is your traditional announcer, he calls it straight down the middle, taking no sides. He's full of knowledge of moves and holds from his many years in the industry.

6.2.2. Danny Streamline
Ex-Wrestler turned announcer, Dan is arrogant and full of himself. He cheers the guys who resemble him (heels) and loves for some good old fashioned cheating.

6.3. Interviewers
The guys you gotta (if you want) use in your role plays.

6.3.1. J.P. York
J.P. is always backstage, getting all the dirt behind the scenes. He's an intelligent guy, but sometimes gets bullied around when interviewing the wrong wrestlers.

6.3.2. Kimberly Baldwin
She's dumb as dirt, but boy does she have a hot body usually clad it tight mini skirts and tops, the only reason she was hired was for some T&A for the IGA fans. Her blonde hair reflects her personality... "um...like...ya know..."

6.4. Referees
They try and control the action...sorta...

6.4.1. Bull Anderson
Bull is a TRUE ref. and former wrestler. He knows the job, he calls match right in the middle and allows no cheating. He isn't afraid of calling a DQ. You touch him, you lose and get your lights knocked out by the 6'5 320lbs vet.

6.4.2. Erik Rockwell
Erik is a strict ref in the ring and calls it right down the middle. He's got a keen eye and doesn't let much get by him. He's got no problem with letting a fight rage on but the minuet someone wants to start cheating he's not afraid to call for the DQ.

6.4.3. Simon Jones
Simon is fresh out of ref school. He's easily distracted, and real nervous in the ring. He goes by the book but does forget every now and then, he's a good kid and once he gets some experience he'll be a great ref.

6.4.4. Zack Delgado
Zack is only 5'4 a failed luchador from Mexico now he's in the ring calling the shots as ref. Usually assigned to Jr. Heavyweight matches where he's able to keep up with the fast paced action.

6.5. Ringside Crew
6.5.1. Giovanni Corlone
Former Mets sports commentator now Giovanni is the ring announcer for the IGA.

6.5.2. Carson Bowie
Carson Bowie is the head of security, when fans or wrestlers get out of line he leads the charge. Carson is only average built but he's quick and a black belt in akido.

7. What do I have to do in IGA?

7.1. Roleplays/Flashes
One of the most important thing in IGA is role playing. Plain and simple, if you don't role play, you don't win. There are some rules for role playing which are:
- SWEARING: If Stone Cold can say it, so can you. But aside from damn, ass, etc; any other curse word should be covered with a [CENSORED] or something of that sort.
- NO ATTACKS: No physical attacks on announcers/reporters/staff are allowed without the permission of the powers-that-be... a.k.a. me. If you do not ask for permission your flash won't run
- KAYFABE: No mention of real wrestlers will be allowed... But other e-wrestlers and feds may be mentioned in your RPs IF they allow you too. Also, please keep the mention of "outside-IGA" things to a minimum. It's fine to know that you gained the XYZ World belt, but we shouldn't remember it at every RP!
- FORMAT: IGA DOES HAVE A SPECIFIC FORMAT. It's similar to that of UKCW's. It goes like this. Your wrestlers name uses his initials. Example: Takisuma Ogama would be TO. TO would be followed by a : Then another space and writing. Action goes in [ these ]. Simple enough. Here's another example:
[The camera pans around and finds Takisuma Ogama.]
TO: I'll kill all comers.

7.2. Strategies
Strats, if you don't know are your match strategies. They should consist of your game plan, several match spots (moves), the way you'd like the match to end, and what your wrestler would do if he wins/loses/dq's etc. I like spots, I like spots ALOT, spots make me happy especially when you put over your opponent.

8. Do you need help? Can I help?
ALWAYS! Right now, if I got some match writers, would be the perfect thing. But any kind of suggestion/help will be welcomed.

9. Okay, I gotta few questions...

9.1. What kind of wrestlers can enter IGA?
Any and all sorts. Wrestlers should be kept realistic, but the more creative the better. The more originial and unique (Unique not stupid) the better.
9.2. Can I enter a single and tag team? Or two singles and them combine them as a tag team?
NOPE: IGA is restricted to one "personality" either one singles wrestler or one tag team (but Tag Teams can wrestle in singles).
9.3. Can I enter my BIG NAME, 10 time World champ in CEW?
No, No, No, I'm tired of seeing the same names by the same handlers all over the ewrestling world. New characters are defintly perfered, show that you don't have just one good character in you and can change your style. I'll respect you more in the morning.
