The Crowsnest Pass house was bought at $75,000 in April, 2005 and is worth $240,000 today according to the realtor that he used as of May, 2008.
The Saskatchewan house was purchased at $50,000 in October, 2006 and was recently appraised at $120,000 to $125,000 by a local realtor around April, 2008.
The joint ventured lake lot flip house has a projected gain of at least 50 - 100%! The house is currently offered at $249,900.
Dean's lake lot gets developed in the spring of 2009. The septic system went in during the summer of 2008 and the footing are to be poured during the spring of 2009. Looking for 10 investors at $15,000 each with 8 blocks left to fill. This project can be done as a flip and has no sales fees.

I will add a little note here. Garth contracted the West Nile Virus in the summer of 2007. That did not stop him from completing the task at hand while others with the virus stayed home in bed. Garth said that he wasn't going to let his partners down. Garth is a very determined fellow to get the job done and it will be a pleasure to work with him on our real estate investments.
