The image is not, you will be interested to know, a photograph. Bill tells us that dried plants were placed on the image area of an Hewlett Packard ScanJet 4200C flat bed scanner. Some of the seed pods detached from the plant, creating the appearance that they were being blown by the wind. Interesting indeed!
