All the grading sheets are in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format and will print properly on one portrait 8.5x11 sheet.
Students are encouraged to review the contents of the sheets with an instructor or senior belt before asking for a grading

Gradings are held on a regular basis. Qualifications for a grading includes demonstration of an acceptable fitness level and participation/attitude in class.
