The End of the Line

Well, it's the end of the line, happy and sad in many ways. Manny gets out of the Land of the Dead, happy with Mercedes; while Sal's soul is lost to the wind. I suppose the only thing that can be taken out of this is that sacrifice is sometimes necessary to save everyone. Not even Manny was truly happy in the end, his one friend and steady partner through all the crap couldn't join him in the end. Not to mention poor Lola, sprouted almost right after being introduced, but yet she is always on Manny's mind, and ours. And the fact that this game can reach so easily into our hearts is what makes it a classic.
But, though you never see it, you must wonder how Eva feels after all this...
