Legend Killers - Better Than Hammerin' What Wave 09 1989
Following closely on the heels of Mister Garager's Neighbourhood came more hot wax in the form of Better Than Hammerin' by What Wave's favourite band - The Legend Killers. Led by wildman Earl Rutherford, the Killers, Mike McGill, Chris Mittelholtz and Bill Wallace were London's premiere garage band. These 4 songs don't come close to capturing the intensity of these rockin' dudes, but since they are long gone this is about the closest that many people will ever get.
