L'Ordre (Amr) et la création (khalq) chez Shahrastânî

Abstract: This article analyses the concepts of divine Command (Amr) and creation (khalq) in Shahrastânî's Majlis. The Majlis is a Persian sermon delivered in a mosque probably in front of a Twelver Shî`ite audience. This important opuscule has received scant attention and was written during his mature period. Recent studies concerning Shahrastânî tends to confirm his Nizârî Ismâ'îlî affiliation. For this reason, we compare his conception of the divine Command (Amr) and the creation (khalq) to the Ismâ'îlî tradition.

Résumé: Dans cet article nous analyserons les notions d'Ordre (Amr) et de création (khalq) telles qu'elles sont développées dans le Majlis de Shahrastânî. Le Majlis est un sermon qui fut présenté à un auditoire shî‘ite duodécimain. Le Majlis a été peu étudié et aurait été composé lorsque Shahrastânî avait atteint une certaine maturité intellectuelle. Les récentes études sur Shahrastânî confirment son appartenance à la communauté ismaélienne nizârienne d’Alamût. C’est pourquoi nous examinons sa conception des notions d'Ordre (Amr) et de création (khalq) à les comparant à la tradition ismaélienne.
