Please save and use one of these logos or the logos
that are on the layered background pages to link back to Creations by Cathern.

and the first or last character

HTML (Table) FOR A LAYERED BACKGROUND
(It is the TABLE used for this page)
(1) ADD the first background to the BODY tag

(2) Right under the BODY TAG add the following:

cellpadding=20 cellspacing=0 border=4 bordercolor=" add a color "

NOTE:
DO NOT LEAVE ANY BLANK SPACES BETWEEN
THE < > or the " " like I have done in order to allow
the HTML to show up on this page.
(3) Once you have the layered backgrounds in place (showing up), you can play with the
td WIDTH, the BORDERS and BORDER COLORS, the CELLSPACING and CELLPADDING. This is a good
way of
learning what each does. However, it is best to make one change at a time and note what it
does.
(4) You have probably noticed that many of the center and middle backgrounds move while
the outer
background stays put.
The HTML to do this is bgproperties=" fixed "
IT would be
added to the
end of the body tag (don't leave any spaces between the " " and fixed). Keep in mind
though that unless the background is patterned the text and images will not look as
if they are staying still.
