A1.    Purple Moon sells handmade beads accessories works such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, pierces, straps etc. made with Austria Swarovski crystals, glass beads, Japanese seedbeads etc. Purple Moon is willing to work on custom beaded jewelry to your liking. If you happen to see something on the site you like, but would like it in a different colour, length, findings etc, I would be able to create something to meet your desire. If you'd like a pair of earrings to match something you already own, like a favourite dress or another piece of jewelry, just send me your request.

            Send Purple Moon an email with your special request. Please be as specific as possible with your request. I will take a look at your request and let you know if I can make it or not and how much it will cost.

A3.     Products can be viewed on Purple Moon's homepage. If you click on the images of the products, you will see the price list. Purple Moon also provides custom-made services for individual customers. Charges are subject to change depending on the length of the beaded works, the types and colours of the crystals and beads etc.

A4.    Purple Moon accepts payment by Money Order, Bank Cheque if shipped.

A5.    Purple Moon ships products to our customers by the most economical method. We usually ship by Canada Post, United Parcel Service or Courier Service. We will ship by any other shipping methods available upon requests by customers and will charge to our customers' accounts.

A6.    Shipping is charged according to the destination, weight and the quantities of beaded works being shipped.

A7.    Orders upon received are generally processed within 3 days and shipped. Length of time prior arrival to customers depends on the destination of order to be shipped.
