Plumper (A37) is the middle brother. Born in 1977 to Sophia, he was the first brother to be born during the study, and therefore we know for sure that he's her son.
Plumper was apparently very prominent in the porpoise incident...half my captures are of him.
While his fin is now very straight, when he was younger, it was more curved....faintly ressembling his mom's.
When Plumper was born, his matriline consisted of his mom, his uncle Hardy, and older brother.
When Plumper was fifteen, Hardy died. At the same time, Plumper's fin was reaching maturity, though it was still smaller than his brother's. Five years later, when his fin was fully grown, his mom died, leaving the three brothers to take care of themselves.
Cracroft, Plumper and Kaikash stick together now. They travel closely together always, often joining up with other pods, especially other A-pods.
Plumper is now 28 years old.
