Conclusion
      
       As stated previously, Amway’s Canadian website lacks a number of very important features (i.e. online distributors list, online catalogue, online payment and ordering system, etc.).  It was our goal to help Amway improve their website by analyzing their content and bringing to their attention any problems that we encountered.  By comparing and contrasting their website to their closest competitors we were able to illustrate just how poorly it measured up against its competitors.  Through a better understanding of its downfalls and areas that need improvement Amway is now closer to providing a comprehensive, effective and efficient e-business solution to its distributors and end customers.
