I was shopping at one of the Zellers stores, and this woman came over to service me. She looked like a wooly mammoth. She had the most coffee stained teeth, and her breath smelled like garbage. I almost fainted from the foul stench that came from her when she opened her mouth when asking if I needed her services. I had to step back to get some air. Her pants looked like they had been freshly picked out of the garbage dump. They had dirt and food all over them. I have never in my life been so disgusted. I asked to speak to the manager of the store, because someone working in retail should look or smell like that. When the manager finally came down about 15 minutes later, she smelled strongly of liquor. I would say that she had been up there drinking all morning. I was so upset and ticked off that I just walked out of that store and have never gone back to another Zellers, and I won't.

First off.. I'd like to mention that this site is amazing! All those stories about those whom I call " Imported people " being smelly, that let their kids go around ridding bikes in stores and that have no control over them are true. I'm a simple customer that would like to have some satisfaction in my buying experience. I used to shop at Zellers for various items.. but now the stuff they sell is just junk. They have no clue what their clients want. I really do not think they did the market analysis. What the hell is with Mossimo ? If they really think to get people to buy at the big Z by getting adds at the movies... it's not working. how low can you go !

Also wouldn't you expect a good service from cashiers.. after all they are the ones that sorta "closes" your buying experience. But then again.. with the shitty hours they get, the bad treatment, and bad pay could explain it all.

I predict that in 5 to 10 years the big Z will go down down down... I tell ya. Wallmart Rules !
