| 1 (Dell #386) March 1952 | "Only A Poor Old Man" When Scrooge's arch-enemies,
the dreaded Beagle Boys, come up with a new plan to rob his money bin, he decides to hide his
money in the only place they won't think to look for it... under water!
| 2 (Dell #456) March 1953 | "Back To The Klondike"
After getting some memory-jogging pills from the doctor to help his mild amnesia, Scrooge remembers not only his
forgotten stash from the Yukon gold rush, but a lady named Glittering Goldie as well. | "Somethin' Fishy Here" Donald tricks Scrooge into believing that fish has replaced money as the new currency of the country. 3 (Dell #495) Sept. 1953 | "Trouble From Long Ago"
(AKA "The Horseradish Story") Because one of his ancestors failed to deliver a
cargo of horseradish to Jamaica 200 years ago, Scrooge must do it today or else lose his entire fortune. | "The Water Tank Tryout" When the Beagle Boys are parolled again,Scrooge moves all his money into his new safe: an old water tank. This story has the first appearance of Scrooge's old number one dime. 4 Dec. 1953 | "The Menehune Mystery" Scrooge converts all his money
into $1,000,000 bills in order to transport it to his new hiding spot near Hawaii. Unfortunately, the Beagle
Boys have found out his plans!
| 5 March 1954 | "The Secret of Atlantis" Determined to make an average
1916 quarter the rarest coin in the world, Scrooge buys up every one he can find, and dumps them into the
Atlantic ocean. But after losing the only one he kept, Scrooge has to make a deep-sea dive, and discovers the
lost city of Atlantis.
| 6 June 1954 | "Adventure in Tralla La" Scrooge
and the Ducks are off to Tralla La, the fabled land of milk and honey, to get away from the greed of society,
only to find that the problem has followed them. | "In The Buying Mood" Scrooge is playing mind games with Donald and his neighbour Jughead Jones when he wants to buy their houses. 7 Sept. 1954 | "The Seven Cities of Cibola"
Depressed that he controls every single legal money making enterprise in Duckburg, Scrooge joins Donald
and the boys as they hunt for old Indian arrowheads in the desert. What they find instead is some jewellery and
pottery that they believe is from the legendary "Seven Cities of Cibola", where the streets are literally paved with gold.
They immediately set out to find the fabled cities, but the Beagle Boys are hot on their trail! | "$1 Million Dollar Pigeon" Instead of using normal couriers, Scrooge uses carrier pigeons to send his money to the bank. All goes well until one day, when his bird flies the coop with a million dollars and doesn't come back! 8 Dec. 1954 | "The Mysterious Unfinished Invention" After discovering
that the pores of Scrooge's skin are clogged with gold dust, the doctor advises him to go someplace and air out.
When the nephews find an SOS message from a shipwrecked sailor, Scrooge decides to kill two birds with one
stone and rescue the sailor while "recuperating". | "McDuck For Treasurer!" Since Scrooge doesn't want to spend any money on his election campain, Donald and the kids decide to help him out. 9 March 1955 | "The Lemming With The Locket"
The only way into Scrooge's new money bin is through the vault door, complete with 7 locks. So when the
paper with the combinations on it gets taken away by a lemming, the ducks are off to Norway to track it down. | "The Tuckered Tiger" In order to create interest in the Duckburg fair, Scrooge promotes a race between his horse, and the tiger that belongs to the Maharajah of Swingingdore. 10 June 1955 | "The Fabulous Philosopher's Stone" It's a trek around the
world as the ducks try to find Scrooge's ultimate dream: a fabled rock that can turn everything it touches
into gold!
| "Heirloom Watch" In order to claim his uncle Quagmire's estate, Scrooge must produce his antique family timepiece, in working condition. Unfortunately, he just broke it. 11 Sept. 1955 | "The Great Steamboat Race" Scrooge
and his rival Horseshoe Hogg try to finish the boat race started by their uncles in 1870.
| "Riches, Riches, Everywhere!" It's off to the Australian outback as Scrooge teaches the Ducks about prospecting. 12 Dec. 1955 | "The Golden Fleecing" Driven by his
desire to have a coat made of pure gold, Scrooge sets out to find the 'mythical' golden fleece.
| 13 March 1956 | "Land Beneath The Ground" Concern for his
fortune leads Scrooge to a mysterious underground place where he discovers the real reason behind earthquakes.
| 14 June 1956 | "The Lost Crown Of Genghis Khan" The
Ducks are off to the Hindu Kush mountains to track down the legendary crown after it gets stolen from one of Scrooge's caravans, only to
discover that the thief is none other than the Abominable Snowman.
| "The Inch Square Fortune" Telling fortunes from coffee bubbles turns out to be more costly than Scrooge can possibley imagine. 15 Sept. 1956 | "The Second-Richest Duck" Scrooge has always
held the title of "Richest Duck In The World". Until now, that is. Featuring the first appearance of his
nemesis, Flintheart Glomgold! | "Progress Marches On!" It's a sad day in Duckburg for old Scrooge, as he is forced to move his money bin, all in the name of "progress". 16 Dec. 1956 | "Back To Long Ago" After going through hypno-
therapy, Donald and Scrooge both believe that they know the location of buried treasure.
| "The 'Colossalest Surprise' Quiz Show" Scrooge is looking foward to appearing on a televsion game show, until he realizes that winning will actually cost him money. 17 March 1957 | "A Cold Bargain" Chancing upon an auction, Scrooge decides
to bid on the world's only supply of Bombastium, and ends up shelling out one trillion dollars (and six kitchen
sinks) . The only problem is, the nation of Brutopia wants the Bombastium for itself!
| 18 June 1957 | "Land Of The Pygmy Indians" Tired of
the pollution of the Duckburg rat race, Scrooge heads north to Canada in the hope of finding fresh air.
| 19 Sept. 1957 | "The Mines Of King Solomon" Scrooge is off to Egypt
to find out why sand is no longer being shipped to his glass factory in Sweden. But once their, he makes
the find of a lifetime, thanks to the Junior Woodchucks and their animal call whistles!
| 20 Dec. 1957 | "City Of Golden Roofs" Determined to prove to Donald that
he can still make more money than anyone else, they get into a sales contest that leads them to Indo-China. Donald
is trying to sell the latest Hi-Fi stereos, and Scrooge must find a way to peddle his massive stove.
