Wolfenstein Enemy
Territory Update #1
ok, it has been a LONG time coming but It's time to start posting updates and
progress. The map is coming along great with a few changes here and there in
hopes of making it seem more like POG but leaving in some originality and a bit
of that Wolfenstein Feel. the 3 main area's are completed in their box type
forms which I hope to change in a much later update. I still need someone to
create textures for me so I can have the map look more like it should rather
then using the textures that came with the game. I Also have found a need for
someone to create models for me, some I could use are a Forklift, a desk, a
computer, and maybe a Box half full with onions? These things are not needed to
have the game work, but if you want it to look better then just square's and
rectangles everywhere I suggest someone help out a bit. I don't have the time
for that nice detail because I am arranging the rooms, scripting in objectives
and I haven't even started into the lights yet.....
Well that's alot of info so lets break it down
- Need a texture artist
- Need a model builder
- Main rooms are completed in map
I am hoping to have another update within a week or so with some screenshots of
how the map is progressing and Hopefully by Christmas get a playable demo out
for you guys to find glitches and give idea's on balancing the teams and if
something should be added/removed cause it's annoying or pointless or whatever.
Feel free to start up a topic in the
forum to post idea's
and share them with others. I will read them and take everyone's idea's in
consideration.
