Quizzes/Tests may be given at
any time during the class they are scheduled for.
Quizzes/Tests are not open-book.
If a quiz/test is unable to be given on the scheduled date, it will be rescheduled for a subsequent class.
There are no makeup
quizzes/tests available.
If a Scantron answer sheet is used, you are solely
responsible for ensuring that you properly enter and/or erase answers on your Scantron answer sheet as I do not check the Scantron sheets for errors in evaluation due to improperly
entered or erased answers. Consequently, the evaluation you receive from the Scantron machine is final (except for errors caused by the
mechanical or electronic failure of the Scantron
machine).
Anyone who is late will not be allowed to write the quiz/test after the first
person has left the classroom since the commencement of the quiz/test.
Anyone arriving late, but before the first person leaves the classroom, will be
able to write the quiz/test but will have only the remaining time available for
the quiz/test.
Anyone who does not write the quiz/test on the day and during the time
scheduled will receive a grade of zero for the quiz/test.
Refer to the CFADW course outline and the evaluation plan for additional
policies regarding quizzes/tests.
There are no exceptions to these rules.
