Definitions Related to Health and Fitness
Kinesiology - the study of the mechanics and anatomy of human muscles.

Fitness -  ability to carry out daily tasks with vigor and alertness without undue fatigue and with ample energy to enjoy leisure-time pursuits and to meet unforeseen emergencies.

Exercise Training - subcategory of physical activity: physical activity that is planned, structured, repetitive and purposive in the sense that improvement or maintenance of one or more components of physical fitness is the objective
 

Physical Activity -  bodily movement produced by the contraction of skeletal muscle that increases energy expenditure above basal levels. Activity has both mechanical and metabolic properties. Mechanical is isometric or dynamic. Metabolic is aerobic or anaerobic.

Health - human condition with physical, social and psychological dimensions each characterized on a continuum with positive and negative poles.
 

Well -Being - the condition of being contented, healthy, or successful; welfare.
